Tech Rohan provides technology support, cybersecurity assistance, and educational services. All services are provided by Rohan Roberts on a best-effort basis.
The initial 15-minute safety check is free. Paid services are quoted before work begins. You will never be charged without agreeing to a price first. Membership plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Remote support sessions use TeamViewer or similar tools. You remain in control of your computer at all times and can end the session whenever you choose. We will never access your device without your explicit permission.
Tech Rohan provides advice and assistance in good faith. We are not liable for pre-existing issues, data loss not caused by our actions, or decisions you make based on our guidance. We recommend maintaining backups of important files.
