After we arrange a time, we connect securely to your computer so you can watch every step on your own screen. You stay in control and can end the session whenever you like.

Can you help if I think I'm being scammed?

Yes. We review suspicious emails, texts, websites, and calls, tell you whether it's a scam, and help you secure anything that may have been exposed.

What does the free safety check include?

A 15-minute call where we look at your immediate concern (suspicious message, device question, etc.) and give you clear next steps. No obligation, no hard sell.

Do you help with smartphones and tablets?

Absolutely. We help with iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, from setup and updates to troubleshooting and safety settings.

How much does support cost?

The first safety check is free. After that, support sessions start at $49. Membership plans offer ongoing support from $29/month. We'll always quote before we start.

What screen sharing tool do you use?

We use TeamViewer for remote sessions. We guide you through starting it, and nothing is installed without your say-so.

Is my personal information protected?

Yes. Your information will not be sold or shared. We collect only what we need to follow up, and we use secure, encrypted systems.
